Upload directly through our website, or at a market event scan our QR code and send us your photo via Instagram DM. We handle it with care.

We prepare your file

Your photo is optimised for print — adjusted for colour, sharpness and substrate dimensions to make sure the end result is stunning.

UV resin printing

Your substrate goes through our UV resin printer. Ink is bonded and cured instantly under UV light, producing a vivid, durable finish.

Quality check & handover

Every piece is inspected before it reaches your hands. Every order is given the care and attention it deserves.

We can come to you

Our setup is fully mobile — we'll bring the UV resin printer to your venue and print live throughout the event. Guests pick a photo, watch it print, and walk away with their keepsake the same day.

Our van runs on its own battery system, so we can set up just about anywhere — winery weddings in the Swan Valley or Margaret River, regional venues, beach ceremonies, country halls. No power outlet required.

Send us your details

Use the quote form below with your event date, guest count, and any design ideas. We'll reply within 24 hours with pricing and a timeline.

Design proof

We'll mock up a sample coaster for your approval — fonts, layout, colours all aligned with your wedding stationery or theme.

Bulk print

Once approved, your full set is UV-resin printed in our Perth studio. Allow 2–3 weeks for orders over 50 pieces.

04

Pickup, delivery, or live on-site

Free pickup in Perth, or shipped to your venue. For weddings and events anywhere in WA — including regional and winery venues — we can also deliver in person or bring the printer to print live on the day.
